TOA Board Chair Rob Neal, is the Executive Director of Tournament Golf Foundation, Inc., which operates the Safeway Classic presented by Coca-Cola in Portland, Oregon. Rob’s background is in sports law which compliments his vast tournament business experience from previous roles as Executive Director of the Tournament Sponsors Association (predecessor to the TOA) and as LPGA Vice-President of Tournament Business Affairs. |

Board Vice-Chair Torrey Gane formerly a Vice President in the Golf Division of IMG, was also Tournament Director of the Samsung World Championship. Torrey’s expertise in tournament operations and sponsorship sales are the result of being associated with LPGA events for more than 20 years. |

The TOA’s Secretary/Treasurer is Dr. Erik (Rik) Constance. Rik is Chairman of the Board for the LPGA State Farm Classic in Springfield, Illinois. Rik is also Associate Dean of Students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. |

Ex-Officio Alice Miller served as TOA Board Chair in 2008 and 2009. Alice’s vast knowledge of tournament golf comes from her experiences as an LPGA Tour player, LPGA Tour Rules Official and as Executive Director of the McDonalds LPGA Championship from 2000 - 2009. |

Jacques Bungert is Co-Chairman of Young & Rubicam France, and the founder of Prodeo, and advertising and events company that operates the Evian Masters presented by Societe General. Jacques provides the TOA Board and members with extensive knowledge of operations, international marketing and promotions and global perspective. |

John Marovich, Vice–President Golf for Bruno Event Team, a Birmingham, Alabama-based sports marketing and event management company which owns and operates the CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge in Danville, California. John has also served on the Champions Tour Tournament Association Board. |

Judd Silverman is recognized as an expert in tournament management. Judd is the Founder and Tournament Director of the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic presented by Kroger, which celebrated its 25th year in 2009. Judd has served the TOA on the Board of Directors three separate terms and his expertise provides a significant resource to all TOA members. |

Terry Wilcox retired as Executive Director of the Kraft Nabisco Championship, one of the LPGA’s four major championships, in the fall of 2008 but remains actively involved as Tournament Consultant. Terry’s background in the golf business began as a member of the PGA Tour, continued into golf course management and finally to tournament business. |
