TOA Board Chair Rob Neal, is the Executive Director of Tournament Golf Foundation, Inc., which operates the Safeway Classic presented by Coca-Cola in Portland, Oregon. Rob’s background is in sports law which compliments his vast tournament business experience from previous roles as Executive Director of the Tournament Sponsors Association (predecessor to the TOA) and as LPGA Vice-President of Tournament Business Affairs. |

Bill Strassburg, Special Projects at Wegmans Food Markets, is the 2011 TOA Board Vice-Chair. Bill represents the Wegmans LPGA Championship played at Locust hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York. The Wegmans LPGA has been a fixture on the LPGA Tour schedule for over 30 years. |

Dr. Erik (Rik) Constance serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the TOA Board. Rik is Chairman of the Board for the LPGA State Farm Classic in Springfield, Illinois, which celebrated its 35th Anniversary in 2010. Rik is also Associate Dean of Students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. |

Andy Bush, is Senior Vice President Global Events for Octagon. He serves as Executive Tournament Director for the Sybase match Play Championship as well as the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G. Andy is very experienced in the golf industry having worked with the Solheim Cup, PGA Championship and Golden Bear International.

John Marovich, is Vice President Golf for Bruno Event Team, a Birmingham, Alabama-based sports marketing and event management company which owns and operates events on the LPGA and Champions Tours. John has also served on the Champions Tour Tournament Association Board. |

Jonathan Romeo is the Director of Business Development for Alabama's Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. He is the Tournament Director for the AVNET LPGA Classic in Mobile, Alabama and also the Navistar LPGA Classic presented by Monaco RV in Prattville, Alabama. Jonathan brings experience as a facility owner/operator as well as event ownership perspective to the TOA Board, with more than 15 years in the golf course managment and event business. |

Sean Van Kesteren, is the Tournament Director for the CN Canadian Women's Open, which is owned and operated by Golf Canada. Sean's experience in golf management also extends to the PGA Tour and amateur golf where he served as Assistant Director, Canadian Open and chaired two Canadian American Junior Golf Association Championships.

Jay Burton represents the collective interests of IMG's LPGA's tournament portfolio which includes the Honda LPGA Thailand, HSBC Women's Champions 2012, Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia, LPGA Hana Bank Championship and the Sunrise LPGA Taiwan Championship. Jay is a veteran Player Agent with IMG and provides the TOA Board with a unique perspective for both international events and players.
